I'm a Sri Lankan female and an efficient person who works accurately, honestly, collaboratively, neatly & properly. And also i'm a plummy humanitarian & necessitate to uplift with altogether in virtuous manner.

I have successfully passed the BA (Hons) Business Management - Wrexham Glydnwr University (UK) with a 2nd Class as an internal degree from the British government university as the first attempt.

Also i have a HND - Pearson BTEC - Higher National Diploma in Business Management. And i was the admin/leader of the batch in LTCC. (campus in Sri Lanka) During the HND program & i was successfully proceed the relevant duties properly & accurately assigned by the lecturer.

I worked as a Data entry operator at a private company in Sri Lanka for 2 1/2 years. There i undertook the duties as the UK Projects which related to the data entry.

After that i joined another private company in Sri Lanka and gradually i became a Senior Customer Care Executive for 11 years there by implementing customer calls handling, customer appointments handling & updatings, customer payments handling, social media handling & dispatching the customer goods on time.

Ultimately i would like to go forward via the HR field with upgrading my knowledge & skills.
