Mackenzie Swift

Hey, call me Kenzie. I graduated with a 3.9 GPA in Business Administration with a concentration in human resource management. Some highlights from my education include receiving the Top 100 Women of Maryland sole scholarship; speaking at the Frostburg State University 2019 commencement ceremony; and serving as SHRM student chapter president. I am set to begin my MBA/MS in human resource management this fall.

I have 2 - 3 years experience in an HR generalist role, plus 6 months experience in administrative and phone work. Recruiting and staffing is a passion of mine. Additionally, I have strong competencies in business writing and proofreading. My skills include organization and data management; creative problem solving; and effective communication.
