Shortly after accomplishing my studies at Salomon foundation in cultural arts, I started working as a translator with the United Nations, it was then I discovered that meeting new people and learning new things are definitely what motivates me. a little while after I was promoted to warehouse manager and automatically boosted warehouse operation efficiency by overseeing, dispatching, and setting operational employee schedules.

I started in 2009 with Stream global services (now Convergys) As a customer service representative, then promoted to the advanced support Dr.Dish.

About a year later I was contracted by Alorica Nearshore call center to work in Samsung electronics as a CSR, then promoted to team manager because of ability to motivate my peers, I developed and supervised a team of 15 technical support agents and created an environment of teamwork and high productivity in no time.
