Throughout my career, I have specialized in helping startups and companies in the technology sector build and strengthen their teams by leading efficient, people-centered recruitment processes.
My main focus is IT recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes. I have successfully managed searches for roles in Development, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. In startups such as Magoya (agtech) and DirMOD (software factory), I led the HR area from scratch, building recruitment strategies that reduced time-to-hire and improved the candidate experience. For example, in Magoya, I implemented a proactive hunting strategy that helped us achieve a 15-day SLA in hiring IT profiles.
