My skill set are derived from over 7 years of experience working in the customer service industry performing the above-mentioned scope of work. My work experiences include customer support through inbound/outbound calls, live chat assistance, e-mail/ticket response handling. I have also worked as a customer service responsible for handling escalated customer issues, complaints, refunds, as well as training and monitoring customer support agents' work performances.
With the experience I have gained from the previous works I had, I am confident that I can multi-task but still deliver a high level of customer experience.
