My name is Mabelle Mallari you can call me Belle. I am 37 years old and a Registered Nurse. I have worked as a Customer Service Associate for more than 5 years. I was a Staff Nurse for a Tertiary Hospital here in the Philippines for more than 2 years, my tasks includes, Admission, Orientation of patients, taking vital signs, giving medication, updating patient's charts, pre and post-operative care, bedside care, and giving homecare instruction and discharge order and later I was promoted as a Nurse Supervisor where I assist in recruiting Nurses and train them as well. I was also a Customer Service Specialist for Cigna for 1 year where I provide quotations of eligibility benefits and claims and answer queries regarding their coverage. I was also a Medical Virtual Assistant for Agile Urgent Care, where I assist patients with queries regarding what covid 19 test to take, I also call patients for their covid 19 test results, updated patient records, and patient appointment scheduling. The latest position I had was Medical Virtual assistant for an Asthma and Sleep Institute where I manage patient's records, and assist patients in securing schedules for check-ups, checking eligibility, pre-authorization, and all other concerns.
