I am Mabelle Joy Peñares, hailing from the vibrant city of Cebu, Philippines. Reflecting on my professional journey, it's clear that each role I've undertaken has contributed significantly to my growth and instilled in me a deep-seated passion for delivering outstanding service.

My career began at Netflix, where I served as a Customer Service Representative from 2019 to 2020. During this time, I refined my communication skills while assisting customers with technical issues and guiding them through the account setup process. This experience was not only rewarding but also taught me the importance of empathy and patience in customer interactions.

Following my tenure at Netflix, I transitioned to Concentrix, assuming the role of QuickBooks Technical Support Specialist from 2020 to 2023. Here, I immersed myself in the intricacies of financial management software, resolving QuickBooks-related issues for clients and ensuring the accuracy of tax information. This role not only challenged me to think critically but also reinforced my commitment to providing comprehensive solutions to clients' needs.

In 2022, I joined Procommerce Agency as a Shopify Product Specialist. This role allowed me to leverage my expertise in e-commerce by managing product uploads, inventory, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I worked towards optimizing operational efficiency and driving customer satisfaction.

Currently, I am engaged as a Shopify Virtual Assistant (VA), where I collaborate closely with my sister, a skilled Shopify Web Developer/Designer. Together, we handle product uploads, pricing adjustments, and inventory management. This partnership not only strengthens our professional collaboration but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.
