Hello! I’m Ma. Victoria Braga, a passionate and motivated aspiring General Virtual Assistant based in Tabaco City, Albay. While I may be new to the virtual assistant industry, I bring with me a strong foundation built from my experience as a Social Worker and an Online ESL Teacher.
My professional background has shaped me into someone who is highly organized, deeply compassionate, and efficient under pressure. As a Social Worker, I handled various administrative tasks such as preparing case reports, managing records, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and handling sensitive client information with care and confidentiality. These responsibilities required a high level of attention to detail, time management, and communication—skills that are also essential in the virtual assistant field.
As an Online ESL Teacher, I’ve become comfortable using online platforms, managing schedules, and adapting quickly to different student needs and technical setups. Teaching online taught me how to be patient, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented, especially when working with clients from different cultures and time zones.
What I may lack in formal VA experience, I make up for in dedication and a genuine desire to grow. I’ve been investing time in learning new tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Trello, and basic social media management. I take initiative in learning and applying what I discover—I believe that growth happens when you’re willing to step outside your comfort zone.
More than anything, I want to support busness owners, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals by being their reliable helping hand. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust to manage day-to-day tasks, stay organized, and communicate effectively. That’s exactly what I aim to offer as a General Virtual Assistant: a strong work ethic, a heart for service, and a commitment to excellence in everything I do.
If given the chance, I would love to be part of your journey and help make your business run smoother and more efficiently behind the scenes. I’m not just here to work—I’m here to grow with you.
