I have been a virtual assistant for a year now. I have my fair share of experience in email management and data entry and mining. I have adequate knowledge on the use of zendesk, shopify, ruby and evoice. I am also familiar with microsoft word, excel, and teams. I do part-time medical transcribing for a medical student in Canada. If hired, I am open for trainings to do the tasks required for the position.
