From my first job since 2001 until my current job, I have been trusted as a go-to person in getting things done with flying colors.
I have 7 solid years of experience in accounting and administrative work that enhanced my skills in accuracy, quality of work, attention to details and organizational skills.
I entered the BPO industry 2008 and flourished for 6 years for the same company, trying out different roles from billing, customer service, technical support and even special tasks in handling a team or assisting in training. Working in the BPO industry honed my communication and multi-tasking skills, as well as openness to change/new tasks.
I joined my current company- a captive insurance company since 2014 and got promoted to being a technical claims officer, after 2 years. My current role is tasked for higher level of analysis in claims, escalations and other administrative tasks along with the service manager. I have since then improved my skill in high level analysis, communication/escalation, accountability and quality of work.
