I have been an order & data management officer for almost 9 years and 2 years as a Quality Control Back up, where I review, investigate and resolves orders, check information, and process order and edit necessary information for Telstra customer. I am also in-charge in handling email for the clients regarding their accounts, inquiries and other concerns. I have been an Insurance Underwriter for Australian clients where I check claims, approved and declines claims. I am also in-charge of sending emails to the client regarding their policies and accounts.

I am very good in excel, word and power-point and able to learn new applications if needed. I am a fast learner and able to learn new things to improve my skills specially for the task I need to complete. I am very keen to details I make sure that every work I do is accurate because time is very important. I can also work in a fast-paced environment with a minimum supervision.

I am hardworking person and I love doing things out of my comfort zone because it keeps me challenge. But I also love to work beyond my knowledge because I can increase the level of my knowledge in a specific skills i have.
