I've been in a BPO industry for almost 7 years. Most of the accounts that I've been with is Technical Support. I started with Linksys which is assisting customers on how to connect routers to modems. I used to be with AT&T Uverse that supports Internet, TV and phone. I also experienced customer service that handles order taking from customers in UK. I was also given the chance to assist agents in providing Email responses to drivers that is working with UBER. Lastly, I was offered to be part of the biggest TV provider in US which is Directv and started as a subject matter expert and was promoted as a Supervisor or Team Leader for that certain account.
The experiences that I have will always be treasured and because of that a lot of skills were developed in me.
