Ma. Micaella Mangunay

I'm a graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing Management where I got my skills in Marketing and Business.

I interned at Diamond Motors Corporation as an Administrative Assistant where I used to communicate with different departments via email, answering calls for inquiries, scheduling department meetings, managing Car Insurance Renewal schedules, updating google sheet for any new information with regards to car information.

I used to do freelance work for Athelas, a US healthcare company. My main job was to transcribed electronic heath records from certain websites into excel sheet. I do approximately 1000 leads for day. I am very knowledgeable in data entry tasks and can work very fast. I also did cold calling for Athelas. Calling healthcare providers for insurance claims follow up.
