I have been working in the Call Center Industry for several years now. My previous work experiences range from working as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Representative, Market Research Interviewer and most recently, as an Appointment Setter which introduced me to various skills, systems and processes, various platforms, programs and various software necessary for each unique role. These roles cater to American, Canadian, British and Australian customers as well as the various ethnic groups from each country.
I am a dedicated person who is always excited to work on new tasks, learn new skills and meet new people. I am reliable and can work with less supervision given proper training and enough resources. I have this tendency to become very competitive at work and I always do my best to get things done in a timely manner, excel at work, achieve the target boards and build relationships along the way. I am also the type of person who never backs down on any challenge but is also not afraid to admit defeat, but, what I truly value the most - the learning experience I will gain from different situations.
