Hello! I'm Malou, a BSBA major in Marketing graduate and have been working as a Customer Service Representative, and as a Data Encoder for years in the BPO industry handling US accounts. I don't have experience working as a virtual assistant though, but I believe that my motivation, commitment, and pre-existing skills will allow me to fit into any work environment through proper training and the new skills that you can provide for me.

I am properly trained to work under pressure thru my customer support skills and can handle stress easily. I could also do online or web research for you, email and chat or live chat support. For Lead Gen, I will use the LinkedIn strategy to generate leads and to gather important data of contacts through their website and other related resources. Then as for being a Data Encoder, my duties before were encoding and verifying complex data, inputting the figures into client databases at a quick pace, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive material.
