I have 4 years experience as a Customer service representative under JP Morgan and chase, I've handle 3 different line of business where I investigate, reach out to customers, file a report, and process financial account processing. I also have almost 1 year of hands-on experience as a Credit Repair Disputer, where I handles full credit report reviews, including analyzing personal information and verifying supporting documents. I’m familiar with using Credit Repair Cloud to manage client cases, generate dispute letters, and track dispute progress.

I’ve also used the CFPB platform to submit disputes to the 3 major credit bureaus, and I make sure to keep clients updated throughout the process. Additionally, I have experience filing report through the FTC, ensuring compliance with relevant consumer protection regulations.
