I worked as an Admin Assistant for almost 2 years. I'm taking inbound calls from existing and interested clients and then live transferring them to the available support or sales representative. I also monitor chats and do customer service, answering issues and concerns through Live Chat. I'm also responsible for doing admin tasks like sending reports.
I also worked as a Recruitment Specialist for over 4yrs. I supervised the hiring process by posting ads on social media like Facebook, screening the applicants, and conducting initial interviews.
Aside from recruitment, I also participated in cold calling and appointment-setting trials for our clients who are in start-up businesses. We did this before we proceeded with the project and assigned them their VAs.
Currently, I have a part-time job, I am a freelance sales agent for Instabuild.ph, a construction company. I initially qualify clients by checking their eligibility for the company's services. After that, I will set them an appointment with our head engineer to discuss the process. I do this any time of the day, no specific schedule is required.
I am willing to learn and be trained to improve myself. I can work full-time or part-time and I can start anytime.
