I've handled customer service for telco company, Airlines. Assisting with customer inquiries about their bill and flights and assist http://them.in/ a timely manner. it is via phone call, emails and chat.

I also have had experience in retention in a listing campaign. It is an au acct. connects business to home owners. I stayed their for almost 4 years. This is also that time that I was enrolled to some leadership trainings and personal development training by my sups just for me to be ready for a career growth.

Unfortunately that acct was desolved and was transfer back to Australia that was during pandemic. Since we are all working from home the set up was taken advantage of some agents. power interruption, internet issues and because of that we didn't meet the client requirements so they put us on floating status

Since I have a bit of experience in leadership i tried my luck in applying for a senior agent post in transcosmos year 2020. When I am in the interview the hiring manager offer the team lead post and gave me 1 week to prep for a business review deck and for a final interview. To cut the story short I got the job.

Also I got in charge of handling the new hire training as we don't have trainer. I have learned the art of time management. Need to create a check list of the things that I need to do before loggin in so I can switch from the TL role to training and looking after the ops

As a team lead, we also assist in hiring new people for the acct. Doing the interviews, for management role, we will do the initial and OM or director is the final. And for agent post we are the final interview. We work hand in hand with HR. Suggest exams that we can do to filter the candidates for the accts.

As a team lead we also have unlimited exposure to our clients as we are doing weekly business reviews, monthly yearly quarterly. That team lead experience is for 3 years and 10 months.
