Hi, I’m Kayla. I’ve been working in administrative and support roles for the past few years, and during that time, I’ve found that I genuinely enjoy keeping things organized and helping others stay on track. I’ve worked in both legal and corporate settings, which taught me how to manage documents, schedule meetings, respond to emails, and handle day-to-day tasks that help a team run smoothly.
One of the things I’m proud of is how I handle responsibilities independently. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—I look at what needs attention and get it done. Whether it’s preparing documents, following up on messages, or updating calendars, I make sure everything is accurate, timely, and properly handled. I’ve worked with legal teams, so I’m used to dealing with sensitive information, following protocols, and paying close attention to detail.
I’m very comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar, and I also have experience using Canva for simple graphics and social media posts. I haven’t used every system out there, but I learn fast and take the time to get it right. I also value good communication. I believe being clear, responsive, and respectful in how we work with others makes all the difference.
In my past roles, I’ve helped manage files, track schedules, respond to client inquiries, and keep things organized. I like knowing that I play a part in helping things flow better. I’ve supported busy professionals, and I know how much it matters to have someone behind the scenes keeping everything in order.
What I’m looking for now is a role where I can contribute my skills, keep growing, and work with people who care about what they do. I don’t mind repetitive tasks, and I also enjoy finding better ways to do things. I take pride in my work and care about doing things right.
If you’re looking for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing a good job—I’d love to be that person for your team.
