I provide daily Administrative assistance to Business Owners. Daily routine task such as email management ( answering emails or sending emails to customers ), calendar management ( booking appointments for the clients and customers ), project management ( monitoring tasks assigned to other VA's and checking progress for completion ), customer service ( provide assistance to customer concerns and inquiries via email or calls ) and some social media management ( researching for contents, creating graphic posts, answering FB/IG messages and comments, posting and commenting on forums ) are my expertise.
I act as the right hand of Business owner, sometimes doing personal errands as needed. I do some payroll, like sending weekly payments to other VA's.
