Ma. Joeanne Muya Tributante

I worked as a Relationship Officer in a bank, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their financial needs are met. Manages and grows a portfolio of clients through effective relationship-building. Understanding clients’ financial goals and providing suitable banking solutions. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. 

Also worked as a Financial Advisor in a bank for more than 6 years. My main role is to help drive awareness and engagement in providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services. Assessing/guiding client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial and insurance plan.

Previously, I worked as a Liaison Officer where I focused on patient data and coverage while establishing a solid customer base from the ground up.

I also spent nearly 4 years as a Medical/Nurse Assistant and a Medic Volunteer at Red Cross. My main tasked are history taking, physical examination, vital signs, medical filing and encoding, drug dispense, case presentations, and medical assessment. 

I have been passionate about social work and community development since high school, and I continued this involvement throughout college. I gained valuable experience through community activities and volunteering, especially with the Philippine Red Cross. These experiences helped me develop empathy, teamwork, and a strong commitment to helping communities grow and become more empowered.
