 I'm a self-motivated person. I have a self-confidence and self-discipline. My top three skills are excellent in Communication, written and verbal, Compute literate(Microsoft office) and financial/management. Responsibility is my greatest strength and my job is the first priority. It has never happened to me that I came late to work. In work, I always want to be an organize and clean environment so that I can work well. I always looking forward on the goals/vision. I am proud to say that I was commended of my previous bosses on doing my job. I have a Marketing & Sales experience and managing a business as well. My previous work experience was awesome! I had an experience in a Home appliances retailer as Control Assistant which I handled cash and credit card transactions, data entry and data encoding. I did reports such as Daily sales and deposits, delivery and inventory of units. I also had an experience in a Motorcycle company as Marketing assistant, which I responsible in the target sales of the branch that I have to hit. Responsible in the cleanliness of the units and inventory. Processed application forms and answering phone calls from customers. From Marketing Assistant, I was promoted to Cashier. I also handled cash transactions, data entry and data encoding. I did reports such as financial report, daily sales and collections report, dtr, payroll and inventories. After that I was promoted as Branch Manager. I was conducted daily meetings to my employees, checked their performances monthly, hired and trained personnel, monitored sales and collections, inventories of units, checked and approved application forms, did reports such as Marketing plan, dashboard, aging, sales and collection monitoring, sales and collections comparison vs. Last month and petty cash funds report.

        My largest research project I've done was my feasibility studies when I was in College. It was all about on how to manage a business and how to make it successful. The result was feasible.
