I'm really energetic, and a great communicator. Working as chat support for 1 year helped me to build confidence and taught me the importance of customer loyalty. There is a time that my customer get mad because he/she don't understand the email that he/she recieved and so I manage to talk him/her calmly and ask the problem and help to solved it. I can say that my skills are good in communicating and I am good in Social Managing like Facebook Page, Instagram and Canva.
