I recently joined the Quality and Training Team within the Collections Department at CBG as a Quality Control Officer. My role focuses on conducting self-assessment and quality checks to ensure Collections processes and maintenance activities are performed in line with documented procedures and handling standards.I also support the review and improvement of Collections policies and processes, working collaboratively with team leads and department heads to implement approved changes that enhance compliance, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
