Hi! My name is Ma. Franchesca Galo. You can call me Robin. I have been in the customer service and technical support industry for over 10 years. I love talking to people. It's simply a passion of mine. I love to learn, teach, and impart my expertise and experiences to other people.

I love learning languages too! Right now I'm studying French, Italian, and Spanish. But of course, my favorite is English. And that's why I am addicted to English movies. A few of my faves are Passion Of The Christ, Stranger Than Fiction, Walter Mitty, and some Japanese animation like My Neighbor Totoro.

I love to write short stories, draw and do DIY projects too! I am a God-fearing and passionate young woman who is thirsty for love, life, and learning.

I am excited to get my hands on such a dynamic role where I can speak to interesting and excellence-driven people and be involved in life-changing projects! I am looking for a stable and purposeful company that can teach me and widen my horizons. Are you that company?
