I was the former Director of Human Resources of Assistantly, LLC., a start-up virtual assistant services company based in California, USA whose nature of business revolves around the provision of virtual assistant services for American clients and companies in different industries (real estate, consulting firms, health, gaming companies, etc.).
I have more than 4 years of talent acquisition and human resources management experience in the virtual assistant services/ freelance industry. I was also the former HR Manager of Virtudesk, Inc., a fast-growing Washington-based virtual assistant services company. I handled both human resources and recruitment management tasks for Virtudesk.
I am also a seasoned sales support, bid manager (more than 5 years sales support/bid management work experience) and project manager who have been fortunate to have worked with all sorts of companies/organizations including blue-chip and big global corporations - FIS, Bosch and IBEX Global. These varied management work role opportunities have enriched my career and
work profile.
I have been working for international organizations since 2006 and the experience working with people from different industries, cultures and backgrounds have been very fulfilling and exhilarating career-wise. I've held management roles for 15 years now in various roles such as talent acquisition management, human resources management, sales support, bid management, business development, marketing, project management, operations, contract management, policy-making, administration and training. And I have served in the BPO, Financial Technology and Insurance industries for 10 years.
I have a degree in law which has served me well in all my roles mentioned above.
