During my time in senior high school, I worked part-time as a footwear associate at Tengco's Footwear for six months. My shifts were four hours long before school. My primary task was to stand outside the store, attracting potential customers passing by and offering them our selection of shoes. When customers showed interest, I assisted them by understanding their preferences and sizes to provide suitable footwear options. Additionally, I managed stock organization, ensuring sizes and brands were well sorted. I resigned from this position due to a work immersion program during my 12th grade, leading me to join the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office. Here, during my on-the-job training, I fulfilled dual roles as a receptionist and a data entry officer. As a receptionist during morning shifts, I greeted visitors, recorded their names and purposes of visit, and directed them accordingly. In the afternoons, my focus shifted to data entry, where I organized logistics data using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. After a few years, I transitioned to a customer service representative role in Teleperformance, a BPO company. Initially handling chat support for Dick's Sporting Goods for three months, I addressed customer inquiries, managed returns and reshipments, and handled escalations. As this was a seasonal account, I later transferred to American Express Travel. There, I assisted customers with booking flights, car rentals, and hotel accommodations, while also managing refunds, sending booking-related emails, and facilitating booking modifications.
