
I'm an experienced Customer Service/Technical Support Representative with more than years of experience in the BPO industry. Aside from troubleshooting and any other technical related customer concerns, I am fully equipped with the knowledge and skills on how to handle customer concerns that would result to a 100% satisfactory rate to resolved problem.I am grateful for the said industry because it shaped me into who I am both as a person and as a worker today. I am a risk taker with a positive outlook, so I started my freelancing job this year because aside from gaining more experiences, I aim to have better opportunities even just at the comfort of my own home, and I'm loving it! So in order for me to gain more knowledge, acquire new skills and broaden my opportunities in life, I had undergone online Bookkeeping with basic virtual assistant. I believe that learning and development is a continuous process and so I'm doing my best in everything I do to be successful.
