I have a call center experienced for almost 5 years. I work for Sprint, its a postpaid telephone company in the US as a CSR/TSR. Customer calling in to inquire about the plans available, we're also processing their payments over the phone, basic troubleshooting and to discuss and make resolution of their problems like when their service is interrupted, etc.
I also worked as Bingo Chat Host Operator. It's an online bingo based in UK, wherein my primary goal is to assist players with their concerns like how to deposit, if there's available promo code to get a bingo bonus and to ensure that player are not getting bored I make chat with them and discuss anything under the sun.
