Ma. Consolacion Llavanes

My proficiency in the English language has earned me the "Grammar Nazi" and "Human Auto-correct" titles among friends and people I work with. I am not perfect but I have the skills and the attention to detail that makes me automatically identify errors in both spoken and written language. My managers and peers have gotten into a habit of picking my brain whenever they need to make sure their writing sounds professional.

When our direct supervisor had to take an entire quarter off of work for personal reasons, no one noticed her absence due to how well we managed ourselves. It was a great opportunity for me to realize that I have great leadership, management and organizational skills. It was a time for me to make quick decisions, rally my teammates to do well, and put them back on track when they were getting side-tracked.

My greatest passions in life are teaching and learning and it shows in how well I am able to make ideas easier to grasp and my insatiable appetite to learn new things.
