My name is Ma. Christina Mae Jimenez, 39 years old and a mother of five kids. I am interested in applying for the position as a Customer Support Representative.
I graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree of bachelor in advertising and public relations, and has been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years now.
I was able to handle different campaigns from customer service to sales. I have experience in handling customer support, technical support, upsell and sales accounts, from telco to virtual support, credit card subscription account and more.
Since 2014 I have been working as an ESL tutor and freelance sales associate. I handled auto loans, fundings, car warranty, life insurance, real estate cutbound calling and appointment setting. I also have experience in handling back office tasks as a Catalog support for almost 3 years.In this industry, I have realized that dedication and commitment is a must for me to succeed.
Cold calling is one of the hardest things I need to work on in the sales world since I will need a lot of patience to overcome rejections and customer (irate) scenarios. But I can say that in more than a decade of experience, those things made me a better person in this field. I am confident with my experience in the past years,
