Hi! I’m Carla, a highly organized and dependable professional with several years of experience in administrative support, customer service and marketing. Over the years, I’ve built a solid background working with different companies in both office-based and remote settings and I’ve learned how to stay adaptable, efficient and focused no matter the task.
My career started in customer service, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills while working with diverse clients. Eventually, I transitioned into administrative and marketing roles, where I took on responsibilities like managing schedules, coordinating with clients, tracking leads and supporting marketing campaigns. I enjoy working in roles that allow me to bring structure to fast-paced environments and make daily operations run smoothly.
I take pride in being someone my team can rely on. I’m comfortable juggling multiple tasks, learning new tools quickly and finding practical ways to solve problems before they escalate. Whether it’s handling client communication, scheduling or tracking results, I make sure everything is done accurately and on time.
On a personal note, I’m a mom, which has taught me the true value of time management and patience, two skills that definitely carry over into my professional life. Outside of work, I love listening to R&B music and spending time with my family to recharge and stay motivated.
