I've worked in a call center industry for 7.5 years. I've been an outbound sales representative, customer support, and a quality analyst. I also became a junior project manager for 7 months and a medical biller for a good 6 months.
I'm good at Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point. I am a fast-learner and I'm also willing to learn since I know that training is an unending process. I'm used to working with minimal supervision because my previous superiors (from one company to another) are in different locations, even in different countries.
