I am a former Accounting Officer of Coca-cola FEMSA PH where I gain my expertise and experiences in doing accounting duties. I am familiar with balance sheet, account payable and account receivables. I also know the Wave Software. This job best suits my experience.

The following are my duties:

• Receiving payments per outlets
• Creating daily cash reconciliation
• Making Summary of cash collected daily
• Justifying discrepancies in the payments of the outlets
• Posting payment to the system daily
• Reconciling deposit slip from the bank and SAP data
• Auditing delivery invoices daily if there's any discrepancies
• Going to Bank to deposit daily remittances
• Transmitting Key Account Documents to the Head Office
• Settled all outlet account if there's any miscounted payment.
• Maintaining the vault safety
• Multi-tasking with the settlement group regarding inventory

I am also a former Virtual Analyst for a Retail Company in California where most of my tasks is about accounting duties and reconciliation.

I am perfectly well known in administrative task with keen eyes in seeing details of every duty. 

I am a former Direct Seller of US Pharma Products where I gain my excellent customer service skills. I know how to deal with various kinds of clients especially making them feel loved and special. Being a customer, I wanted to feel the same way.

I am an IT graduate which have a wide variety of knowledge using Photoshop in any version. The current version i have now is CS6.

I am a self motivated person with a positive approach in dealing with pressure. I am flexible enough to do multitasking with time management.
