I have worked in the call center industry for almost 10 years handling both customer service and back office support in both Healthcare and Financial Industry. Back when I was in the financial industry, I was a Subject Matter Expert and a Relief Team Lead, I do extensive research using search engines to ensure clients safety by ensuring they won’t be victim of scam and to avoid having their online account being compromise. As a subject matter expert, I am also responsible for creating timelines using Microsoft Excel and creating Powerpoint presentations for training purposes. I ensure all Leaders and specialists are updated with their timelines and scorecards by sending them updates through email
