Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, I spent 9 years working in local real estate companies, primarily in the leasing and property management industries. My previous experience includes running the business's operations, administration, and marketing. I handle the entire leasing process, from marketing and sourcing potential clients through various sales channels or digital platforms, to conducting unit viewings, negotiating lease contracts, and finally closing them. I personally assist tenants with moving in and out as well as dealing with their concerns during their stay.

I began working as a Virtual Assistant for two US Real Estate firms (Home Buying/Selling & Property Management). I primarily handle general administration tasks such as database management, data entry, and social media management. I create and post content for their Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as respond to client inquiries. In addition, I conduct marketing research for the real estate industry.
