Hi there! I am Bernadette “Bea” Medrano. I’m well-rounded administrative assistant with more than six years’ experience working in various administrative positions.

Although administrative works enhanced my logical and data driven side, I continued to be a creative person who enjoys experimenting with conventional and digital art. I’m a surprising individual that loves to create surprising outcomes, especially if it's original. I am constantly motivated to pursue a successful career by the thought that I might create something amazing .

With the events and training activities I handled, I became a forward-thinking solver that helped me prepare for unforeseen circumstances and bold decision maker that made me create worthwhile and notable activities for attendees or trainees.

My exposure to different leaders and officials made me a visionary leadership supporter. They showed me that building culture of cooperation and teamwork among the workforce makes the organization stronger and efficient. I hope that one day I will be also be able to inspire many people and help them achieve their long-term goals.

Even if I was an employee, I was able to develop my entrepreneurial mindset. I ensure that I am accountable for every task I do. I am self-motivated person who consistently accepts difficult assignments and demonstrates my capacity to consistently meet or exceed expectations. I always see the complexity in simplicity and opportunities within challenges. I believe that trials and errors are part of growing. I treat my job as if I am running my own business.

I am eager to learn and explore new things.

For me, every failure has lessons. I keep in mind that whenever I hit the rock bottom, I have no way to go but up.
