Hi! Good day! I am Arniña, a BS. Psychology graduate. My goal is to provide quality services and applies various strategies to help improve the client's business revenues and achieve its goals.

Presently, I'm working as part-time Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager wherein I handle and manage the social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest, and Youtube Channel, of my client and other tasks assigned to me.
I used to work as an Administrative Officer of the Human Resource Division for more than three years. I performed services for the administration of employees’ compensation and benefits, learning and development programs and, other tasks related to the implementation of human resource policies. I also worked as a Human Resource Assistant for Recruitment and Benefits for more than a year. I am in charge of providing the manpower needs of the company and monitoring employees’ records.
To further enhance my skills I enrolled myself to a Freelancing course and Social Media In-dept Course from Filipino Virtual Assistance Academy. And because of this, I've learned a lot of things that I can apply to your organization.
Besides my education, work experiences, and trainings, I believe that my work ethics, and work-attitude can help me deliver your expectations. I'm confident that I can deliver exemplary performance since I am a hardworking person, open-minded, results-oriented, fast learner, dedicated, passionate, keen to details, diligent, and has interpersonal skills.
