Ma. Allysza Yszobel Gatdula

I am a recent college graduate majoring in Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting that focuses on two fields; Financial or Managerial Accounting and Management. I am currently a Content Analyst at Refinitiv Asia (formerly Thomson Reuters Financial and Risk.) We provide financial technology where our consumers can access a full range of financial data through our computer programs. As a Content Analyst, we are the one who are inputting data in those products. I mainly perform work in reevaluating the data we have in our products to ensure accuracy and timeliness of this set of data. I perform these task and complete reports through Microsoft Excel, One Note and the likes. Included in my task is communication with our data provider through email communication, phone calls and online conference. Aside from my current job, I was also a Call Center Representative under AT&T focused on technical support. I take calls through phone and assist our consumers with their technical concerns, basic inquiry and basic billing concern. We support our customers using different programs like CRM, Work Flow Engine and the likes. I was a Call Center Representative for 4 years.
