My name is Aiza Begoor, and I’d like to share a bit about my professional journey. I’ve had the opportunity to work in several customer-focused roles, including customer service, technical support, order entry, and sales. These experiences taught me how to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and always aim to deliver solutions that make customers feel valued and supported.

Beyond that, I’ve also worked as an online teacher for both kids and adults, which helped me develop strong skills in adaptability, empathy, and creating engaging learning experiences. Teaching has given me a deeper understanding of how to connect with people of different backgrounds and learning styles.

In addition, I’ve worked as a virtual assistant, where one of my key responsibilities was helping my client troubleshoot his customers’ computer issues remotely. This role sharpened my technical problem-solving skills and strengthened my ability to provide quick, efficient support while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
