Maintaining administration tasks for the technical /
marine staff who are assigned out of country (expenses,
ticket, driver, accommodation, hotel, etc)
Making report when during the staff do the routine
inspection on board the vessel (based on their
messages)
Reporting travel expenses for technical / marine staff
who go on board the vessel for general inspection and
/ or repair.
Monitoring all the incoming and outgoing
correspondences related to the technical / marine
department.
Maintaining petty cash for the tech / marine dept.
