Major Job responsibilities were,
To Perform OSS KPI monitoring for newly integrated sites, multiband antenna swapped sites ,RNC upgrade activities, RNC cutover activities, URA splitting activities and new band addition activities and different traffic balancing activities and trials performed in U mobile network.
Ensuring correct installation of sites by field teams following the planned engineering design.
Verification of hard/soft parameters (tilt/configuration/alarms /RTWP/RSSI) after site installation.
Verification of static and mobility field KPIs including but not limited to CSFB/VOLTE/Ping/Reselection/Handover functions.
Monitoring of OSS KPIs for the site and its neighbors ensuring all voice and data KPIs are well within defined thresholds.
Assessment of preliminary drive test plots to identify poor performance areas based on coverage/quality/throughput etc.
Optimization of physical parameters (Azimuth/M-tilt/E-tilt) to improve coverage/quality.
Re-monitoring of OSS KPIs after implementation of changes to ensure the required objective is met and to propose further optimization, if not.
Traffic balancing between different layers of 3G and LTE to ensure the load is well balanced for both co-site and inter-site cases.
Parameter consistency check to ensure correct set of parameters are configured in the network (CSFB switch ON, TAC mismatch, Power settings etc.

ZTE-CM PAK NPM 3G Project (August 2015–September 2016):
Major Job responsibilities included,
KPIs monitoring of assigned clusters and sharing of reasons for degradations in any KPI such as RRC/RAB establishment success rate, CS/PS drop rate, RTWP and CS/PS traffic and data throughput etc. .
Routine optimization measures such as a ( Neighbor Optimization (missing/more neighbors optimization),
Pilot Pollution/Overshooting cells Analysis, Alarms identification and reporting, Congested cells analysis, Frequency optimization, and coverage improvement by redesigns and power modifications. Worst cell analysis and sharing reasons for degraded cells on daily basis.
Conducted RNC cutover activities, shared post cutover benchmarks and performed parametric audits for mapping of parameters to pre cutover values.
Responsible for RAN support for dual carrier implementation activities done in assigned clusters.
