Now days, physicians are encouraged to utilize e-health technology (especially Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems). A next generation of Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) is an imperative utility of such EMR systems. The utility extorts information from the medical records saved electronically for exact and effectual diagnosis. To enhance health care quality, these records, in future can be shared amongst various physicians. Consequently, such medical records need to have ownership right protection before sharing with other parties. We can accomplish this purpose by applying certain watermarking techniques. EMR systems watermarking may have these kinds of issues: Feldstein et al. [2006] there is a chance that even minor changes may affect the diagnosis process, and as a result, it might become dangerous for patent's life and might increase the cost associated with the treatment. The project - Intelligent Watermarking Tool - is the implementation of an information-preserving watermarking technique that handles aforementioned problems by applying information-preserving watermarking scheme. Intelligent Watermarking Tool is an efficient tool for water-marking of sensitive databases like EMR while preserving the knowledge stored in the data.

Most of the information found in real world, is in the form of text documents of different formats. So, standard/structured query language can’t be used to retrieve the desired documents. A lot of documents can be retrieved based only on the Boolean option of availability of term in the document or not, then A lot of human efforts required to search through the return bulk of result to find the desired documents. So there has to have a tool which ranks the files on bases of similarity between document and search query.
RIR (Ranked Information Retrieval) is an offline searching facility, which uses TF-IDF (Term Frequency - Inverse Document Frequency) algorithm and its different variations for searching the query term and then ranking the documents from corpus. It present the relevant documents in the form of ordered list based on maximum similarity.
