I've been working as a Customer Service Supervisor for quite a while. I am also an experienced Customer Service Representative wherein I experienced taking in Supervisory Calls, checking shipping and delivery updates of orders, and placing orders of customers online. During my more than 6 years of working as a Customer Service Representative, I also have an experience of being a Main Specialist wherein I am the one responsible for reviewing cases in case customer’s orders were lost/stolen upon delivery.
