Packed with an overall 8 years of experience in the customer service field where 7 years of it I dedicated in the banking industry to which I had proven my honesty, dependability, and reliability as a person with excellent attendance and timekeeping records. Equipped with keen attention to detail as I had always been detail-oriented in my work and it’s something I enjoy. Also with a good attitude towards working under pressure and can adapt easily by working in a team or individually as I show my full commitment to any company that I work for.
Hence with my great flexibility to handle change, I am now entering the world of freelancing. My hunger for knowledge and my motivation to continuously learn made me a proud scholar of the Department of Informations and Communications Technology for the 24 days intensive training in Social Media Marketing and Advertising. Besides being a Social Media Marketer, I have also finished a 14-day FBA online arbitrage course on product sourcing specifically aiming to help Amazon sellers find winning deals that will generate sales, increase profits, and boost ROI using my product sourcing techniques.
