I was once a communication skills and customer service trainer. Aside from that, I was a team leader who was able to handle several accounts such as telecom and hotel reservation accounts. I was also able to handle an ESL account wherein we teach English to non-speakers of the language. Prior to that, I worked from another company under a financial account.
