Thanks for reaching out no worries, this kind of thing happens more often than you’d think I’ll do my best to help.
To update your delivery address, I just need a bit of info:
- Your order number
- The correct address you'd like it changed to
Once I have that, I’ll check if the order has already been processed or shipped. If it hasn’t gone out yet, we should be able to update the address right away. If it has, I’ll let you know what options we have (like contacting the courier or redirecting the package).
