I have experience handling HR tasks, and I find it inspiring how people, especially Filipinos, work hard to secure employment. Many do not have a bachelor’s degree, yet they show strong willingness to learn and grow.Additionally, I have been working with BPO for a year under the account of centene (Healthcare). We work on the insurance of patients like providing their co-pays for doctors visit and many more. We also assist the patients with regards to their monthly bills.During my time in the BPO healthcare account, I had interactions with patients dealing with depression, suicidal thoughts, and other behavioral health concerns. My responsibilities included providing their benefits and coverage information, assisting with their concerns, and ensuring they felt heard and valued. I approached these situations with patience, empathy, and active listening, even when their needs went beyond the scope of my role.
