My educational background began with a Bachelor’s degree in Technical and Applied Physics, which I completed in 2022. This degree gave me a solid foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative methods. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Medical Physics, which has deepened my knowledge in areas such as radiation science, imaging, and healthcare technology. These studies have sharpened my critical thinking skills and strengthened my ability to approach challenges with precision and creativity.

Alongside my academic pursuits, I invested in advancing my technical and digital skillset by completing an 11-month intensive Data Science program with ALX, finishing in May 2024. This training provided me with strong capabilities in data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization, as well as proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data-driven decision-making platforms. I am confident in my ability to analyze information, streamline processes, and support productivity across different business functions.

Beyond academics, I have built meaningful professional experience in customer service and client support through roles at 4G Capital and Call Centre International (CCI), a leading outsourcing company where I worked for nine months and received certification. These roles gave me hands-on experience in serving clients, resolving issues, and managing high-volume communication. I developed a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships, and I learned the value of adaptability, clear communication, and empathy in delivering exceptional service.
