As an Employee, I am responsible for the following:
- Communicates with customers regularly through various channels such as phone and email;
- Assists clients with registration and onboarding;
- Responds to and handles customer inquiries, issues, concerns, or complaints;
- In-charge of verifying new client sign-up and account activation;
- Provides prompt and courteous customer support;
- Suggests/formulates effective solutions and procedures that can help streamline processes, improve client experience and increase brand reputation;
- Monitors client satisfaction and attrition trends, proactively addressing potential issues;
- Collaborate with the Product Development and Business Development team to ensure clients’ concerns are addressed and receive appropriate solutions;
- Assist with system testing, reporting, research, and improvement initiatives;
- Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports and tracks KPIs;
